With over 15 years of experience in the Distribution, Manufacturing, and Construction industries, both domestically and internationally, Amanda has developed a comprehensive set of skills and knowledge in areas such as employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy and planning.

Amanda possesses extensive expertise in crucial HR areas such as recruiting, training, hiring, benefits administration, open enrollment, compliance reporting, retirement plan management, and other daily HR responsibilities.

Additionally, she has spearheaded complex HR projects, including updating employee handbooks, conducting comprehensive compensation rate analyses, reviewing and updating job descriptions, and facilitating smooth payroll/HRIS system transitions. She has actively represented her companies on committees focused on safety, diversity, emergency response and leadership.

Throughout her career, Amanda has consistently demonstrated exceptional business and financial acumen in her role as a senior HR professional. Since beginning her career in 2008 as an HR assistant, she has steadily progressed to director and has held various management positions along the way. Notably, she has successfully managed the North American HR efforts of an international company. Her diverse industry experience includes working with companies in construction, aerospace & defense manufacturing, dental equipment manufacturing, and office & school supply distribution.
